How often do you get out there and run?
I try to run at least 4 to 5 times a week.

What has been your biggest obstacle as a runner?

Work and nasty weather.

What tips do you have for other runners to stay motivated.

Just focus on getting stronger and healthier.

How has your Charmed Running item/purchased given you inspiration?

 I haven’t purchased anything yet, but plan to in the very near future.

Where is your favorite place to run?

 I like to run along the Charles river or in a park on wooded trails.

If you could go back in time and give any advice to a younger you, what would it be?

Don’t ever start smoking and keep running.

I haven’t been writing lately because work has been a bit crazy, but I plan to start again soon.

What exciting plans are in your immediate future? (New venture, race, life event, job, etc.)  Just got married and going to run the Marine Corps Marathon in October 2017.
